Prayer

Our ministry of intercession consists of a called intercessory team as well as times of corporate prayer for the whole body. We believe that God has mandated times of prayer watches to receive and bring forth the heart of God for His season. The Lord also gives us specific prayer strategies that serve to advance the kingdom of God in our lives and as a corporate body. As part of these watches and strategies we believe that fasting is vital to the release of God's purpose in the earth. Our special intercessory team, A Gathering of Eagles, is on the job 24-7 interceding and travailing as they carry the burden for the corporate body and the vision of SLCC. God has released to us a method of prayer called the UPPER ROOM PATTERN which involves prayer, angelic commissioning, identification with the character of God and prophetic decrees. This method of prayer has proven beneficial in impacting heaven to release acceleration for the manifestation of answered prayer.
